After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara – the sights, sounds, colors and spectacle that spell Africa The African Margic.
Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive to get a closer look at the Mara. On the plains, with their endless vistas and enormous herds of grazing animals, look for the predators hidden among the acacia trees: Black-maned lion, Cheetah and Leopard among others. There are hippos in the Mara rivers and exotic birds everywhere. Returns to an archetypal Mara lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 1: NAIROBI / ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
Upon your arrival in Nairobi this morning, you will be met by your guide and depart by road to the Aberdares National Park. This scenic drive takes about 3 hours, winding through coffee plantations and small farms. Arrive for lunch at Aberdare Country Club. Afternoon transfer in special vehicles to The Ark Lodge for bird watching and overnight floodlit game viewing from the lodge viewing decks.
The Ark Lodge, set in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, is a unique tree lodge with a veranda that overlooks a floodlit waterhole and saltlick allowing undisturbed views of wildlife visiting the waterhole. Elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo and giant forest hog have been sighted. The 60 guest rooms are all en-suite. All cabins have private bathrooms with shower, and are comfortably furnished with bedside lamps and carpeted floors to ward off the evening and morning chill. Resembling and named after Noah’s Ark, The Ark Tree Lodge is designed with ‘decks’ from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb vantage points for game viewing. Upon your arrival in Nairobi this morning, you will be met by your guide and depart by road for a scenic drive to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. You will arrive in time for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
After some time to relax and settle-in, set out for an afternoon game viewing drive.
The conservancy is now the largest rhino sanctuary outside of South Africa, situated on nearly 100,000 acres on the equator, in Kenya’s Laikipia region. Ol Pejeta has the highest ratio of game-to-area of any park or reserve in Kenya. Rare species of wildlife include black and white rhino, the extremely rare Grevy’s zebra, and Jackson’s Hartebeest, along with lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, cheetah, leopard and plains wildlife, all in full view of Mount Kenya.

Day 01, Nairobi-Lake Nakuru
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and after going through the customs and immigration formalities you will be met and assisted by our Airport Representative to board your vehicle.
Followed by commence drive to Lake Nakuru via Nairobi Kenya’s capital city.
Proceed to Rift Valley region to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Later embark for an afternoon game drive to see one of the largest ornithological spots, and a variety of wildlife not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park.

Since there is no existing drainage, the lake is alkaline, thus the perfect place for the growth of the blue–algae which is food for the flamingos. The park has a great variety of bird life which includes the Egyptian goose and a variety of ducks that come from the Europe to escape winter. This park is truly a bird watcher’s paradise. The game animals here include hippo, waterbuck, gazelles, buffalo, leopard, Rothschild Giraffe e.t.c. The Park is also a white rhino sanctuary. The park also has an abundance of acacia trees, both yellow barked (fever tree) the umbrella topped acacia and the candelabra cactus.
